Job Overview - Assist the Diamond Drill Operator and Supervisor in performing assigned duties safely and efficiently. - Communicate effectively with the team to report unsafe conditions and participate in improving health and safety practices at the worksite. Responsibilities 1. Utilize personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. 2. Participate in improving health and safety practices at the worksite through effective communication with the team. Requirements - Completion and recertification of training programs including Common Core for Surface Diamond Driller Skills – Helper Level (Program # P770200), St. John Ambulance or equivalent Standard level C First Aid, WHMIS, Occupational Health and Safety Training for Workers, Workplace Violence and Harassment, Accessibility Ontario Disabilities Act, and site-specific training/Induction. - Valid Class G Drivers Licence and reliable transportation. - Demonstrate a positive personal attitude and good communication skills with co-workers, supervisors, and client representatives.
