Undisclosed- Permanent- Tom Settle- +44 23 9232 2359**Client Manager (Yachts) - Permanent - Ft Lauderdale, FL - Excellent package** This is an excellent opportunity to join a global Yacht Management company based in their Ft Lauderdale office. Due to expansion, we are looking for a new Client Manager to manage the Yacht Management Client relationship and ensure that contractual deliverables are met to the highest standard. **Responsibilities include**: - Coordinate yacht management service deliverables for a portfolio of yachts - Manage key relationships (Clients, Captains, Crew etc.) - Identify commercial opportunities - Act as the lead point of contact for all Client account matters - Be fully informed on all key activity relating to respective yachts (including sales and charter) - Ensure financial approvals / PO’s procedures are in place as required for finance managed yachts - Coordinate with all parties regarding on / off boarding procedures of managed yachts - Engage an open and regular dialogue with Captains to facilitate smooth day to day operations - Manage relationships with key industry bodies, relevant preferred suppliers and insurance companies **Experience Required**: - At least 1 years’ Deck Officer or Purser level experience - 4 years’ experience on board yachts or 4 years’ relevant experience in Yacht Management - Accounting knowledge and ability to analyse budgets - Strong relationship manager with a track record in Client account management - Excellent communication and diplomacy skills - Ability to travel at short notice - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) You must have the right to work in the United States to be considered. The expectation is 4 days in the office / 1 at home so you must live within commutable distance to the office. There is an excellent salary and benefits package on offer.
